Hunger-related headaches
These headaches often occur before meal times or when you haven’t eaten enough. While hunger is recognized as a trigger for headaches in frequent sufferers, the main question is why and how does it happen?

Another study with 10 healthy individuals found that 2 had headaches from dehydration.
Solution:
To prevent headaches caused by low blood sugar, do not skip any meals. For example, if you’re running late for work, don’t skip breakfast; skipping it means no sugar is entering your bloodstream, leading to low blood sugar and headaches.
Dehydration can also occur from skipping meals or eating unhealthy foods, making it crucial to eat regularly.
