How to make eggplant cutlets andpotatoeswith meat

To prepare grilled eggplant cutlets with meat:

  1. Grill the eggplants on a gas stove or charcoal grill and completely peel the skin off.
  2. Finely chop the grilled eggplants and place them in a suitable bowl.
  3. Grate the garlic,onionand potatoes using a fine grater.
  4. Completely squeeze out the excess water from the garlic, onion, and potatoes using your hands.
  5. Add the garlic, onion, and potatoes along with the minced meat to the bowl with other ingredients.
  6. Add the eggs, bread crumbs, and some salt,black pepperand turmeric to the bowl containing the mixture.
  7. Mix the ingredients well, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and let it rest in the refrigerator for one hour.
  8. Place a suitable frying pan over heat and add some oil.
  9. Once the oil is hot, shape the mixture into round patties and fry them.
  10. After one side of the cutlets is fully fried, flip them over to cook the other side.
  11. Remove the excess oil from the cutlets using a paper towel.
