How to Make Beet Cake for Yalda Night
1. First, peel the beets and grate them.
2. Put the butter and sugar into a bowl and mix well with a mixer until combined.
3. Next, add the grated lemon peel and mix.
4. Thenadd the eggsone by one and mix until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
5. Now add the beets andraisinsand mix the ingredients with a spoon.
6. Finally, add the flour and baking powder and mix well until a smooth batter forms.
