How to Make a Simple Two-Egg Cake with Yogurt

  1. Prepare all the ingredients and bring them to room temperature.
  2. Preheat the oven to 176°C (349°F).
  3. Grease the baking pan with a little oil and line it with baking paper.
  4. In a suitable bowl, break the eggs and add sugar.
  5. Mix with a hand mixer or fork for a few minutes until it becomes creamy.
  6. Add yogurt, vanilla, and oil to the mixture and stir.
  7. Mix the baking powder, salt, and flour together and sift twice.
  8. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and fold in with a spatula until well combined and smooth, but do not overmix.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
