How to Prepare Potato Frittata | To make potato frittata, first boil 3 to 4 medium-sized potatoes in water. |
Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the pot and let them cool slightly.
- Peel them and grate them coarsely.
- Now, place them in a large bowl and add salt, black pepper, red pepper, dry mint, and turmeric, each measuring one teaspoon, to the potatoes.
- Grate one clove of garlic over the mixture.
- Grate one onion and add it to the mixture as well.
- Add two tablespoons of breadcrumbs to the mixture.
- Next, crack two eggs into the mixture and stir well.Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together.Let the mixture sit in the fridge for an hour.
- Now, finely chop one medium onion and sauté it in about 3 tablespoons of oil.
- Once the onions become soft, add the spices (salt, black pepper,red pepperand turmeric) and sauté.
- Chop the mushrooms into small pieces and add them to the onions. Also, sauté one tablespoon of tomato paste along with the mushrooms and onions.
- Now, add the ground meat to the hot onion and sauté well.
- After sautéing the meat completely, pour in half a cup of water and let it cook for 20 minutes.
- Now take the potato mixture you set aside and roll it into your hands; create a nest in the center to add the filling.Now, add the prepared ingredients, which are mushrooms and ground meat, into the center of the potato.
