Celery 1 bunch
Eggplant 500 grams
Cucumber 750 grams
Carrot 1 kilogram
Wild garlic 70 grams

Hot pepper 5 pieces

Coriander seeds 3 tablespoons
Ground lovage ½ teaspoon
Water 1.5 liters
Red vinegar 1 liter
Tomato paste 500 grams

  1. Wash the wild garlic and pour some cold water on it, letting it soak for 1 to 2 hours.

  3. Wash the eggplants, peel them, and cut them into cubes.
  4. Cut the carrots into round slices or cubes and set aside.

  7. In a container, add the tomato paste and half a liter of water, mixing until a dilute mixture is achieved.
