The Masoudieh mansion is one of the historical buildings that remain from old Tehran and the Qajar era. In this garden, there are seven mansions connected by courtyards. Notable buildings include the Divan house, dining mansion, and the pool house, along with others from the Pahlavi era. These structures were registered as national heritage in 1998.

The Masoudieh mansion, Negarstan Garden, Lalehzar Garden, and Sardar Irvani Garden were all established in the north of the tahmasebi wall during the Nasir al-Din Shah era. The Masoudieh mansion is located at Baharestan square, southwest side, on Ekbatan Street.
