How to Make a Simple Two-Egg Cake with Yogurt
- Prepare all the ingredients and bring them to room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 176°C (349°F).
- Grease the baking pan with a little oil and line it with baking paper.
- In a suitable bowl, break the eggs and add sugar.
- Mix with a hand mixer or fork for a few minutes until it becomes creamy.
- Add yogurt, vanilla, and oil to the mixture and stir.
- Mix the baking powder, salt, and flour together and sift twice.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and fold in with a spatula until well combined and smooth, but do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Tap the pan on the counter a few times to remove air bubbles.
