Mosimane’s professional football career started at Jomo Cosmos before joining Mamelodi Sundowns and then Orlando Pirates. After some time, seeking new challenges, he moved to Greece, where he spent six seasons with Unikos.
Mosimane enhanced his coaching skills at his former club, FC Rita Berlar, where before returning to South Africa for coaching in Sundowns’ youth development, he managed the youth teams.
He achieved success at SuperSport United, winning the SAA Supa8 and Absa Cup. He then served as an assistant to Carlos Alberto Parreira in Bafana Bafana.
